What they do: They deliver projects across almost everymajor sector, with values ranging from smaller two-million-pound schemesto landmark developments exceeding a billion. They work in: Residential Education Commercial and industrial Healthcareand care homes Public sector development Hotel, leisureand hospitality. Tasks and Responsibilities: Estimate materials, timeand labour costs for projects. Prepare contract documents, including bills of quantities for clients and architects. Negotiate and analyse costs for tenders and contracts. Manage risk, valueand overall cost control throughout the project. Analyse projected outcomes versus actual results. Produce detailed findings, reportsand progress updates. Value completed work and arrangepayments. Maintain awareness of Health and Safety regulations and ensure they are Qualifications: Chartered or working towards chartership. 5 Years of experience.
