Role Description
This is a part-time role for a Clinical Psychologist to join The Croft Clinic, based in Maidenhead, to support service expansion and increased demand. The role involves providing ADHD and autism assessments for adults, children and young people, working as part of a warm, supportive multidisciplinary team.
We place a strong emphasis on post-assessment support. Alongside thoughtful, thorough assessments, we offer ongoing input including Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, psycho-education, and peer support. Our work is very much about more than just diagnosis – it is about helping individuals and families genuinely understand themselves and move forward with confidence.
We work at a relaxed, sustainable pace and offer flexibility around working hours, including hybrid working. When clinic-based, you will be working from our calm, tranquil setting, intentionally designed to reflect our values and pace of work. We are proud of our collaborative, kind, and values-led MDT.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working thoughtfully, values relationships, and wants to be part of a neurodiversity-affirming service where quality and care come first.
