We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our Project Management team and deliver complex, bespoke projects to the highest standard. As part of the Senior Management Team, you'll be responsible for project planning, team leadership, and ensuring delivery is safe, efficient, and cost-effective.
The ideal candidate must have a marine background within the boat building industry and have experience in project accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor the Project Management team
* Oversee build schedules, materials planning, and documentation
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and quality procedures
* Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
* Manage changes, budgets, invoicing, and progress reporting
* Maintain up-to-date project records and close-out documentation
What You'll Bring:
* Proven project management experience (marine, manufacturing, or construction)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Solid technical knowledge of composite structures and build workflows
* Ability to manage multiple complex projects effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
* Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related Technical or Financial discipline is preferred.
* PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent certification
* NEBOSH/IOSH or Health & Safety training (desirable)
