The project:
Due to our continued growth, we require a project manager based in Manchester responsible for delivering multiple fast-paced property investment programmes for major food retail clients.
This role is within our consultancy business, specifically the private sector. The successful candidate will join our UK-wide team of Project Managers, delivering various investment types including new store fit-outs, extensions, refurbishments, asset renewals, and initiative rollouts. You will have sole responsibility for projects ranging from £100k to £2m, reporting to the Mace Account/Programme lead. The role may require UK-wide travel.

Required qualifications and skills:
* Experience in project management within the retail sector preferred.
* Flexibility and commercial awareness.
* Knowledge of H&S & CDM standards.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proactive with good planning and decision-making skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Additional desirable qualifications:
* Memberships (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or similar).
* Financial and commercial acumen.
* Experience leading large teams and stakeholder engagement.
* Knowledge of sustainability considerations.
