KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.\n\nJob Title: Internal Verifier/IQA - Teaching / Initial Teacher Training (ITT)\n\nLocation: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel\n\nSalary: £35,700 + Fantastic Benefits Package\n\nType: Full time, Permanent\n\nThe Role:\n\nTo lead and monitor the internal verification activities for Primary, Secondary and SEND Initial Teacher Training (ITT) and Post Graduate Teaching Apprenticeships.\nDevelop, plan and execute Quality Improvement Plans, driving and promoting continuous quality improvement and outstanding teaching and learning.\nMentor and support a team of Assessors to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery through observations, and deliver CPD training based on new and emerging trends. \nLead regular standardisation meetings, as well as observations of teaching and learning.\nMonitor the implementation of Additional Learning Support, including ALN and support plans.\nOversee the recruitment process - and end-to-end placement experience - for Trainee Teachers - particularly within underperforming settings, to ensure compliance and a positive experience. \nAnalysis of learner data (progress, outcomes and feedback) to drive improvement and reduce out-of-funding risks. Essential Criteria:\n\nMust hold QTS.\nIdeally hold a recognised IQA qualification. \nExperience of quality assurance within education, teacher training or Apprenticeships.\nFull, clean, UK driving licence and use of a vehicle.\nMust be flexible with travel.Please note:\nKM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
