The Opportunity
They are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team. This is a key role in supporting the delivery of new-build, refurbishment, and maintenance works across their housing stock, ensuring commercial efficiency, value for money, and contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage all commercial aspects of assigned projects, from inception to completion.
* Oversee procurement, cost control, valuations, variations, and final accounts.
* Work closely with internal project teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure financial efficiency and performance.
* Provide commercial advice and support to internal stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and relevant regulations.
* Contribute to tender evaluations and contractor negotiations.
* Support junior QS team members with mentoring and guidance.
About You
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
* Background in social housing, residential, or commercial new build/refurbishment projects. Will also consider commercial builds or similar experience working for main contractors.
* Applications are welcomed from candidates with main contractor experience in commercial or mixed-use developments who are looking to transition to a client-side role.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
