Designed to enhance existing provision, the post focuses on providing additional support to students and colleagues, working collaboratively to strengthen learning and contribute to the continued delivery of high-quality A Level Geography. About You You’ll be an organised and confident Geography specialist with recent experience teaching A Level Geography, including supporting and developing NEA fieldwork. With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you will be able to engage and motivate students effectively while managing your time and workload efficiently. You’ll hold a relevant degree and teaching qualification, and be confident in using IT, including MS Office. Experience in post-16 education, exam board specifications, and delivering intervention sessions would be advantageous.
