Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum, meeting the needs of pupils with a range of abilities. Monitor, assess and record pupil progress, using assessment data to inform planning and support individual learning needs. Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support pupil development and achievement. Create a positive and structured classroom environment that promotes high expectations, inclusion and pupil progress. Qualifications Needed Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Preferably has experience teaching in Early Years or KS1. Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods. Must have professional references and an enhanced DBS check.
