The Role – Psychology Teacher:
* Teach Psychology to KS4 (GCSE) and KS5 (A-Level).
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons that inspire students to explore the subject in depth.
* Monitor and support student progress, ensuring excellent academic outcomes.
* Take on leadership responsibilities within the department as part of the TLR role.
* Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring innovative teaching and learning strategies.
Experience and Qualifications:
* Degree in Psychology or a related subject.
* PGCE or QTS.
* Experience teaching Psychology to KS4 and KS5 students.
* ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply.
