What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are the same! Your role may include:
Supporting whole-class learning or small intervention groups
Providing 1:1 SEN support for pupils with additional needs
Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom routines
Helping children build confidence, communication, and independence
Creating a positive, caring, and inclusive environment

Requirements
Experience working with children (school-based or transferable)
A passion for education and helping children succeed
SEN experience is highly desirable
Valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
