We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to ensure the cleanliness and hygienic appearance of the kitchen, cleaning all equipment according to the cleaning schedule. You will also assist the Cook when and where necessary in preparing vegetables during busy periods. To deal with the waste bags in accordance with health & safety and infection control procedures. Ensure that tea trolleys and trays are kept clean at all times.
