Job Overview

OTE for the role is £33,000
Key Responsibilities
* Selling insurance policies directly to customers via inbound & outbound calls.
* Maximizing every sales opportunity to meet & exceed targets.
* Building strong relationships with customers & understanding their needs.
* Renewing policies & retaining business – Your impact matters
* Working with a high-energy team in a fast-paced sales environment.
Qualifications And Skills
Proven sales experience – you love hitting (and smashing) targets.
Confident communicator & influencer – you know how to close deals
Resilient, self-motivated & results-driven – winners thrive here
Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
Experience in outbound sales, call centre, or telesales is a plus
