Our company, a global energy and utilities company are currently hiring for 20 x Sales Support & Customer Service Advisors to be responsible for processing all new and renewing business customer agreements.ResponsibilitiesManage a high-volume of new and existing client enquires via both phone and email.Supports the sales teams working towards ambitious goals to be the leading business energy and related services supplier.Manage all pricing, contract retention, renewals, contract administration requirementsSecuring and close contracts into the internal ordering system. Log, quote and accept a high volumes of energy contract queries (phone and email). Requirements Previous experience in a high-volume sales or customer service role.Excellent rapport building and communication skillsA passion for accuracy to ensure that all work is correct, delivered on timeHighly organised and self-motivatedA good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, (Word and Excel) is essential.Utilities/Energy industry experience would be desirable but not essential.Other Location: ReadingPay Rate: £14.02 per hourHours: 37 hours per week, Monday-FridayContract Length: 9 month contract likely to be extend or become permanent (although not guaranteed)Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working - 3 days per week in the officePlease apply on line for consideration.
