About the Role
As Junior Sous Chef, you will play a key role within a close-knit brigade of 4–5 chefs. Working in a compact, highly skilled kitchen, you will support the Executive Chef and Senior Sous Chef in delivering a refined, seasonal menu that champions the very best produce available.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about modern techniques, innovation, and beautifully executed dishes.
