We’re recruiting Care Assistants to join our warm and welcoming team at Moat House Care Home – a stunning, newly built home in the Burbage conservation area, offering award-winning, luxury residential and dementia care.
About the Care Assistant Role:
As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our residents’ everyday needs and wellbeing. You’ll help with personal care, mealtimes, leisure activities, and companionship — ensuring every resident feels valued, respected, and truly cared for.
We see our Care Assistants as part of our residents’ extended family — treating them with the same kindness and compassion you’d give your own loved ones.
Hours & Pay:
* £12.85per hour
* Choose between 33to 44 hours per week (or more if you wish)
* Night Shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What We’re Looking For:
* Previous care experience (desirable, but not essential)
* Good literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
* A positive, caring attitude and a genuine passion for helping others
