We have an exciting opportunity to join the team as Area Funeral & Memorial Consultant. You'll deliver the best end‑of‑life care, support and client experience through the arrangement and delivery of funerals, memorialisation and after‑care services.
Travel Requirements
You will have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for travel to the following funeral homes:
* Ascot
* Alton
* Ash Vale
* Bracknell
* Camberley
* Fleet
* Frimley Green
* Liss
* Wokingham

Responsibilities
* Oversee the funeral home, including opening and closing, health & safety checks and maintaining cleanliness.
* Arrange and administer funeral consultations, memorialisation orders and after‑care services.
* Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers.
* Ensure correct care of the deceased, including daily checks and facilitating Reflection Room visits for families.
* Represent and support your local community by engaging in local events and activities.
Qualifications
* IT literate and competent user of MS Office.
* Strong administrative background.
* Excellent communication, organisational ability and attention to detail.
* Ability to display resilience and work independently in the funeral home.
* High level of empathy, compassion and understanding.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* Completion of FCA‑regulated training to offer and sell pre‑paid funeral plans.
Training
* Previous experience within the funeral industry is not required as we provide full training.
* Travel to other sites will be required.
Compliance Requirements
Successful candidates will undergo a DBS check as part of compliance requirements.
Successful candidates will be subject to meeting pre‑employment vetting requirements, in line with the regulatory framework set out by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). These requirements include satisfactory reference checks. Further information will be provided during the recruitment process.
