Physical retail is evolving. Frasers Group must adapt to trends to thrive in challenging retail conditions. Our stores are our window to the world’s consumers. The Creative Co-Ordinator supports the Creative Project Lead in driving change in our brick-and-mortar locations—from store concept design to shop fit rollouts—culminating in an elevated retail experience that customers now expect. Responsibilities include advancing the brand across our estate, guiding project direction, development, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and goals.
The ideal candidate will excel in project coordination, transforming store development ideas from concept to completion while enhancing the in-store customer experience. They will consider both customer and staff environments, ensuring standards are met and documentation is maintained throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver design outputs for Store Development Projects.
* Collaborate with project teams and external agencies to produce impressive final products, from new concepts to shop fit updates, enhancing the customer experience.
* Coordinate the design and program process, aligning with strategy and working with project teams, designers, and manufacturing partners to deliver a refreshed customer experience.
* Understand retail operations, build relationships with key partners, and ensure development projects meet business strategies and standards.
* Improve efficiencies and staff environments during store development projects, engaging with stakeholders and ensuring communication is standardized.
* Oversee the execution of store development projects, ensuring timely delivery with group efficiencies in mind.
This role is based onsite at our Shirebrook HQ, Monday-Friday.
