Job Description
Our client is seeking a Commercial Contracts Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record in managing commercial contracts and agreements.
Based in Bedfordshire, the company offers hybrid working arrangements and is open to candidates seeking 100% remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the in-house legal team in reviewing, amending, and managing commercial contracts.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure commercial contracts (both supplier and customer) are fit for purpose.
* Perform contract administration tasks.
Candidate Requirements:
* At least one year of experience working with commercial contracts such as confidentiality agreements, NDAs, third-party agreements, and contracts in the public sector or with suppliers.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A commercial/business outlook.
While the client prefers candidates with at least one year of relevant experience, applications from those with different backgrounds but relevant skills will also be considered.
