The General Practitioner (GP) will deliver care of the highest clinical standards and will work in conjunction with the Hillingdon Urgent Treatment Centre Lead GP, Service Manager and the nursing team to ensure effective overall performance of the Hillingdon UTC. To provide complete consultations with assessment, treatment and management of patients of all ages presenting with primary care problems at the Hillingdon UTC and manage referrals of patients on to acute specialties, A&E or community services where required. To record full clinical notes using the Hillingdon UTC IT systems and support with triage when required.
The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute Hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers a wide range of services including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics and maternity services. The Trust's services at Mount Vernon Hospital include routine day surgery, delivered at a modern treatment centre, a minor injuries unit and outpatient clinics.
