Info:Plasterer/Renderer RequiredCovering BarnsleyWorking Monday to Friday, 8am till 4pm (37hrs per full week).Paying £15.89PAYE (No CIS & No LTD).3 months, minimumWorking within social & voids maintenance contract.Note - Vehicle will be provided for work hours only.Duties may include but are not limited to Day to day management of workload within voids, investment and responsive repair work streams.Consistently demonstrate high levels of customer service and professionalism whilst undertaking refurbishment works within both tenanted and void properties.Ensure that all works are carried out safely and to an excellent quality standardUpdating PDA devices with work schedules and other key information as requiredEnsuring compliance with all necessary regulations, standards, and legal responsibilities relating to repair work and contractor compliance.Ensuring the effective and proactive delivery of serviceEnsuring the maintenance and delivery of any documentation required to agreed standard and timescaleMaking decisions using specialist experienceRequirements:Valid CSCS cardDrivers LicenseLevel 2 NVQ (or equivalent)Must be able to pass a DBSRecruitment is done in line with safe recruitment practices. 4Recruitment Services is an equal opportunities employer.To discuss this vacancy, please apply to the job with your updated CV
