Finance Assistant (Part‑Time, Temp Ongoing)
Location: Beaulieu, Hampshire - Southampton
Hours: Tuesday-Thursday, 9am-5pm (3 days per week)
Start: ASAP
Contract: Temporary, ongoing
We're supporting a well‑established business in Beaulieu who are looking for a reliable Finance Assistant to join them on a part‑time, ongoing temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid finance admin experience who enjoys a varied role and working in a friendly team environment.
What you'll be doing
1. Processing sales invoices accurately and efficiently
2. Managing the purchase ledger, including invoice matching and posting
3. Completing bank reconciliations
4. Assisting with general finance administration and supporting the wider team
What we're looking for
5. Previous experience in a finance or accounts support role
6. Strong accuracy and attention to detail
7. Good working knowledge of finance systems and Excel
8. Reliable, organised, and confident working independently
