We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing stock, handling materials, and maintaining an organised workspace. This position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to perform heavy lifting as well as operate warehouse equipment. Temporary role. Duties Load and unload goods from lorries and containers with care to prevent damage. Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy using a Warehouse Management System. Perform regular checks on stock levels and report any discrepancies. Assist in the organisation of the warehouse layout for optimal efficiency. Handle materials with attention to safety protocols and procedures. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse environment. Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not essential. Strong mechanical knowledge for basic equipment maintenance is desirable. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.
