Key responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining standards in a fast-paced kitchen, including:
7. Managing and running your designated kitchen section
8. Preparing and presenting dishes to required quality standards
9. Organising mise en place to support smooth service
10. Supervising and training junior kitchen staff
11. Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
12. Monitoring stock levels, controlling portions, and reducing waste
13. Working closely with the team to ensure consistency and efficiency
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a reliable and organised professional with:
14. Strong cooking skills at Chef De Partie level or equivalent
15. Consistency and attention to detail in presentation and quality
16. Good time management and the ability to work under pressure
17. Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
18. Leadership skills to support and guide junior team members
19. Strong teamwork and communication skills
20. Excellent organisational skills.
