Our school in Kenilworth is looking to build a small, reliable pool of supply teachers to support our NEST classroom. The class already has a
strong, experienced teacher leading it, and we’re now seeking a familiar, consistent face who can step in for:
1. Short‑term relief cover
2. Ad‑hoc sickness cover
3. Occasional planned absences

4. A calm, confident classroom presence
5. Someone who can quickly build rapport with pupils and staff
6. Flexibility and reliability
7. Experience working in a nurturing or specialist environment is beneficial but not essential
8. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
