Job Description
The Corporate Solicitor will be:
3. Supporting on a wide range of corporate transactions, including M&A
4. Assisting with due diligence, drafting and negotiating key documents
5. Advising clients on general corporate and commercial matters
6. Working closely with senior lawyers and partners on complex deals
7. Building and maintaining strong client relationships
The Successful Applicant
The Corporate Solicitor should be:
8. A solicitor or equivalent with 0-3 years PQE
9. Experienced or trained in corporate law, ideally including M&A
10. A strong communicator with excellent drafting skills
11. Commercially aware and proactive in approach
12. Keen to develop within a supportive team environment
