Are you an experienced IT professional ready to support a Multi Academy Trust? You will be exposed to the latest IT technology and help shape the IT system moving forward. You’ll work across a broad range of technologies, resolve issues through multiple channels, and explain solutions clearly to both technical and non‑technical users.
At Twynham Learning, we provide a modern, secure, and continually evolving digital environment that supports excellent teaching and learning. As our new 2nd Line IT Support Engineer, you’ll help support IT systems and development, while being supported by experienced Trust‑wide colleagues.
You will play a role in ensuring our IT infrastructure remains robust, secure, and future‑focused.
The role is based at our Twynham Learning Core Services office with regular travel to all our trust schools across the BCP conurbation and occasional remote work.
