It involves: Active participation and vigilance regarding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets. Regularly maintaining contact with sellers and buyers on a weekly basis to ensure their needs are met. Facilitating communication among solicitors, mortgage lenders, surveyors, vendors, and purchasers. Thoroughly verifying the transaction chain and adeptly resolving any issues that may arise.
