What you'll be doing:
As Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef in delivering beautifully presented dishes using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. You'll:
Help develop creative menus that change with the seasons
Oversee daily prep, stock control and health & safety
Lead and support junior chefs to maintain kitchen standards
Work closely with the front of house team to ensure smooth service
Contribute to maintaining the kitchen's professional, upbeat atmosphere
What we're looking for:
A Sous Chef with experience in fresh food kitchens
Previous Rosette experience is ideal, but not essential
Someone confident under pressure and passionate about great food
A positive leader who can inspire a team and take pride in what they do
