You'll be the guardian of our voice, the architect of our campaigns, and the spark that connects our community to the heart of our brand. What You'll Do:
* Develop and lead innovative brand marketing strategies across digital, social, and retail channels
* Own brand positioning and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
* Collaborate with creative, PR, e-commerce, and product teams to execute 360° campaigns
* Analyze campaign performance and use insights to fuel smarter, bolder marketing
* Spot culture-shifting trends and lead community-first storytelling
* Manage external agencies, influencers, and partnerships
What You'll Bring:
* 4+ years in brand marketing, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty
* A strong voice and a sharper eye - you know how to make a message land and look good doing it
* Experience working cross-functionally with creative and content teams
* A strategic mindset with a deep understanding of brand performance metrics
