This vital role supports the Managing Director with financial operations in leasehold property management across a diverse portfolio. As the company transitions to a more modern, digitised operation, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all service charge-related processes. Pivotal position in a growing company’s transformation journey Direct support to the Managing Director Autonomy and ownership of financial operations Opportunity to contribute to system and process improvements No weekend work required Integral to long-term scalable growth What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Prepare and review service charge budgets and expenditure reports Manage designated client bank accounts and perform reconciliations Support accrual accounting, forecasting, and year-end financial reporting Liaise with external accountants and ensure audit compliance Conduct internal audits and address billing discrepancies Assist with Companies House filings Collaborate on new finance software implementation Improve and streamline financial processes and controls What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Experience in residential block/estate management finance Strong knowledge of service charge accounting, ARMA/RICS compliance Skilled in accrual accounting and reconciliations Comfortable managing multiple designated accounts Audit-aware and detail-oriented Self-motivated with proven ability to meet deadlines What's In It For You?
