Primary Purpose:
The Visual Merchandising Manager for Tapestry EMEAI is responsible for strategizing and leading the execution of Visual Merchandising (VM) for all Tapestry Brands in UK / IRE & EMEAI Retail, Outlet, and Wholesale channels within their specified geographical territories. This position will support showroom setup within the market and all global marketing initiatives. The Visual Merchandising Manager will direct a team of Field Visual Merchandisers and In-Store Visual Merchandisers to ensure Coach global VM standards are met across all channels in their specific European countries. This position reports to the Senior Director, Visual Merchandising Coach Europe.

* Leading, managing, and training a team of field and in-store Visual Merchandisers on interpreting monthly guidelines and communicating consistent merchandising directions aligned with brand standards.
* Collaborating with cross-functional partners and Multi Managers to assist stores in planning, mapping, and merchandising monthly floor sets.
* Identifying business opportunities with Area leads and store managers and developing action plans for visual merchandising and account management.
* Managing communication flow between Corporate, Field VM, and stores.
* Coaching store management on visual standards, expectations, and guideline presentations.
* Leading the management and execution of floor-sets in key locations.
* Facilitating new store openings.
* Working with departments on showroom setup, pop-ups, and events, leading visual merchandising efforts.
* Providing consistent merchandising direction on brand standards to field VM and store management.
* Developing store management responsible for VM and daily merchandising and maintenance.
* Staying updated on regional business trends via reports and shopping the competition.
