Our aim is to work consistently to provide excellence for every student. Job Purpose

Attendance: Monitor daily attendance and punctuality, support pupils and families to improve attendance, assist with transition plans and part-time timetables, and maintain accurate records. Work with staff and external agencies to implement strategies that address attendance issues and remove barriers to learning.

Collaboration: Work closely with safeguarding leads and external agencies to identify and support vulnerable pupils. Participate in relevant meetings and case conferences.
