Our client is looking for an organised and motivated Assistant Management Accountant to join their team and assist with the financial oversight of their property portfolio. This position will work alongside the Management Accountant and Group FM, contributing to the production of financial statements, reporting, and property-focused analysis. The successful applicant will play an important role in supporting the efficiency of the finance function and ensuring accurate and timely financial information is delivered.

Main Duties
1. Contribute to the preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts.
2. Assist with producing performance commentary and variance reporting.
3. Compile reconciliations, analysis schedules, and supporting documentation.
4. Help develop dashboards, KPIs, and portfolio performance insights.
5. Maintain detailed financial records for individual properties, including rent, service charges, accruals, and prepayments.
6. Process rent invoicing, service charge allocations, and tenant recharge calculations.
7. Reconcile rent receipts, update tenant accounts, and assist with arrears tracking.
