What You'll Do:
Develop and manage production schedules that ensure on-time delivery and meet customer requirements
Create advanced data models, databases, and analytical tools to solve complex manufacturing challenges
Design factory layouts and optimise equipment cell workflows for maximum efficiency
Evaluate cost, resource, and scheduling impacts of new or revised work packages
Track and analyse production performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Implement tools and processes to enhance schedule performance, reduce costs, and improve quality
Maintain accurate shop floor time standards and resource forecasts for staffing and equipment
Communicate insights and project updates clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership What You Need:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial or production engineering roles
Expert-level Excel skills including Power Query and complex formulas
Strong communication skills with ability to engage at all organisational levels Preferred Skills:
Experience with production scheduling software such as SAP or equivalent ERP systems
Proficiency in SQL scripting (Teradata preferred)
Experience using data visualisation platforms like Tableau or Power BI
