Part-time Internal Marketing Manager - Contract - Agency experience needed

£300/day outside IR35
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-focused Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate our client's marketing initiatives. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll help bring their brand to life across a variety of channels and formats.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Take ownership of marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with broader strategic goals and deliver tangible business outcomes.
2. Drive and manage multi-channel campaigns — from planning and content creation to execution and reporting.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, web, and leadership) to deliver campaigns, produce engaging content, and manage our social media presence, including video and case study promotion.
4. Produce a variety of marketing materials — including thought leadership articles, social content, and visual assets — to support brand awareness and lead generation.
5. Work with the leadership team to develop and deliver a robust content strategy and calendar.
6. Track and report on key performance metrics, using insights to refine marketing activity.
7. Collaborate with technical teams to optimise website performance, focusing on traffic, engagement, and conversion.
8. Support business development efforts by creating compelling pitch content, case studies, and marketing decks.
9. Manage the events calendar, identifying high-value networking and industry events in London.
10. Lead award submission efforts, identifying opportunities that align with business goals and offer strong ROI.
11. Coordinate resources in partnership with the studio manager to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
Who We’re Looking For
You’re a strategic thinker who thrives on execution, detail, and creativity. You’ve worked in an agency setting and understand how great marketing can generate commercial impact.
You’ll Have:
1. Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns (digital + traditional)
2. Strong background in content creation and social media management
3. Experience producing award entries and coordinating industry events
4. Working knowledge of Google Ads and performance optimisation
5. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and reporting tools
6. A data-driven mindset — you understand how to extract and apply insights to improve performance
7. Strong writing skills — you know how to tell compelling stories in a brand’s tone of voice
8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
9. A proactive, curious approach and the confidence to challenge the norm
10. Impeccable organisation and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease
