If so, we have an exciting opportunity in the President's Office of our client's educational organisation. We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive and confidential support to the Senior Leadership Team.

£18.70 - £22.85
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Focus: Welcome guests and organise high-profile events. Support staff with meeting arrangements, travel, and project administration.
* Planning & organising: Manage diaries, travel, meetings, and events with precision. Prepare and distribute materials for meetings and committees.
* Interpersonal Skills: Handle internal and external communications effectively. Stay informed on key strategic projects within the office.
* Problem Solving: Use your initiative to prioritise tasks and work autonomously. Provide project support through research and documentation.
* Taking Responsibility: Assist in decision-making related to strategic developments. Maintain confidentiality and respect data protection protocols.
* Budgetary Controls: Monitor budgets and identify discrepancies using spreadsheets.
Essential Skills
* Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Experience with electronic databases and event management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Ability to understand and monitor budgetary processes.
