Job Summary:
FPSG are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Associate with hands-on experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to join a growing and innovative energy storage Business. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, optimizing CRM usage, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. This role is key to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of their sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing sales documents.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
* Support Sales Director with administrative and operational duties.
* Assist with CRM data entry, reporting, lead assignment, pipeline tracking, and opportunity management.
* Generate and distribute regular sales performance reports and dashboards.
* Support onboarding of new clients and follow-up on customer inquiries or issues.
* Work closely with marketing, customer success, and finance teams to ensure seamless sales operations.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with sales processes and CRM data standards.
* Prepare sales materials, proposals, presentations, and contracts as needed.
* Assist with order processing and coordination between sales and fulfillment teams.
Required Qualifications
:
* Proven experience (2+ years) in a sales support, sales operations, or administrative role.
* Proficient with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a B2B or B2C sales environment.
* Familiarity with sales performance metrics and KPIs.
* Knowledge of marketing automation or email campaign tools.
* Strong Excel and MS package knowledge.
