About the Opportunity
Fronditha Care is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Organisational Development Advisor to join our People & Culture team. This key support role will contribute to the delivery of our People Strategy, ensuring alignment with our strategic pillars and commitment to a high-performing, engaged workforce.
You will play a vital role in maintaining and updating position descriptions, coordinating performance review processes via the UKG platform, preparing templates and tools to support OD initiatives, and assisting with broader P & C projects across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Support drafting and reviewing Position Descriptions (PDs) in collaboration with Stakeholders and P & C.
* Ensure PDs are in correct templates and aligned with the strategic framework.
* Support in preparing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Business Goals for departmental alignment.
* Support and maintain the competency framework by coordinating updates and records.
* Responsible for the maintenance of the KPI register for all roles.
* Support Talent Acquisition and P & C Teams in coordinating structured interviews and assessments by drafting recruitment methodologies, including library bank of competency-based questions and STAR rating system.
* Support data collection and reporting via UKG for workforce planning and improvements.
* Assist in drafting individual Performance Development Plans (PDPs).
* Support training for managers and employees in PMS (UKG).
* Ensure structure and the system of Master Role Register alignment to all employee records and data.
* Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of Organisational Chart, including updating all movements of existing staff, onboarding new staff and off‑boarding.
About You
You’re a proactive and organised HR professional with strong attention to detail and a passion for improving people processes. You thrive on structure, enjoy data accuracy, and take pride in creating systems and tools that support teams to perform at their best.
What success looks like for this role
* Experience using HRIS platforms – ideally Kronos/UKG Ready.
* Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrated experience in organisational development, performance management or workforce planning.
* Strong administrative and coordination skills with an eye for detail.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism and continuous improvement.
