This role is perfect for someone looking for personal development in a busy studio, working alongside the CD to help deliver campaign work and branding projects, as well as other ad-hoc design projects. You’ll work on a broad spectrum of clients in B2C and B2B, from education and energy to national healthcare and charity brands. You will need to: • Think conceptually • Know your way around a Mac: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and After Effects • Design for print, digital, social, and campaign rollouts • Take ownership of smaller projects, and support on larger-scale work • Be able to take a brief • Take direction • Work independently as well as in a team • Present to clients when required The ideal candidate: • 4 years’ experience in a design studio • Have UX/UI experience • A strong and versatile portfolio showing brand identity and campaign work across print and digital • A confident understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling • The ability to think conceptually and execute with craft • A proactive mindset and the confidence to contribute ideas
