The role We're looking for motivated, skilled, and hands-on Installation Engineers to join our growing engineering team. Reporting to our Installation Supervisors, you'll help deliver high-quality, efficient, and future-proof heating solutions to homes and communities across the UK. Your work will include: Installing heat pump systems and Heat Interface Units for residential properties. Pipefitting heating, cooling, and hot water systems, including underground installations. Fusion welding and applying insulation to ensure system efficiency and durability. Carrying out basic electrical connections for integrated systems. Diagnosing and fixing faults to keep systems running at their best. Performing QA/QC checks to industry, Rendesco, and customer standards. About you Qualified: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing or Engineering (or equivalent). Proven hands-on experience in plumbing and/or pipefitting is essential, demonstrating a proven ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot water and heating systems. Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic systems, hot water regulations, and safe installation practices. Ideally experienced in renewable energy, infrastructure, or construction. Able to read and follow installation processes with great attention to detail. Comfortable working as part of a team but capable of taking initiative when working independently. Willing to work away from home when required (cost of travel covered). What's in it for you?
