The Opportunity
As our Retail Marketing Executive, you will join our ever-growing marketing department and support on all Footasylum retail and main campaigns projects including large scale campaigns such as Christmas, smaller, seasonal moments such as Back To School and day to day product launches, as well as Third Party and Own Brand campaign retail roll outs.
Being our Retail Marketing Executive has a range of differing responsibilities including assisting tier 1 Footasylum campaigns from concept to live date, overseeing product across all areas of business (retail, social, web, etc) and working closely with Retail and the Visual Merchandising team on bringing brand campaigns to life in our 65 stores. You will also be heavily involved in the planning, executing and ongoing support of flagship stores and part of the wider franchising team working across the franchised Footasylum stores.
The Team
The Retail/Campaign Team is part of the wider Marketing Department, based in Sandbrook Park but with some travel across the UK. We are responsible for marketing across all 65 stores as well as the season Footasylum campaigns we run. We work closely with multiple departments including Creative, Social, Buying, Merchandising, E-commerce and Retail.
The Retail/Campaign Team is a dynamic and exciting place to work with every day being different. Within the wider marketing team includes retail marketing, own brands, artwork, women's and Footasylum multi brand campaigns. You will work with another Retail Marketing Executive and report into our Retail Marketing Manager.
About You
We are looking for someone who embodies the Footasylum values - Collaboration, Communication & Challenge. The candidate will be an expert in UK culture and a brand fanatic. Along with;
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
* Good knowledge of UK culture (music, gaming, internet, etc).
* Good knowledge of fashion culture and Footasylum consumer.
* Experience working in retail or brand would be preferred.
* Solid understanding of Excel and Outlook.
* Experience working on photoshoots would be preferred.
* Collaborate cross functionally with the wider marketing team and departments.
Responsibilities
* Working closely with internal buying and merchandising to ensure key brands and products are highlighted in Footasylum campaigns & across all other touchpoints.
* Lead on quick GTM for product based campaigns.
* Undergoing retail visits across the UK to review campaign execution within our brick-and-mortar destinations.
* Plan and implement retail marketing campaigns for third party, own brand and FA retail rollouts.
* Coordinate with suppliers and printers to ensure timely delivery on marketing assets.
* Assist in organising retail events and brand activations.
* Schedule and maintain our store estate screens with campaign and Footasylum content.
* Help maintain weekly POS and screens requests changes for the Footasylum estate.
* Support with the opening of our new stores through events, activations and launch plans.
