You must hold a full valid driving licence and have access to a car for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
The Successful Candidate Will
1. Work in collaboration with the Community Mental Health Services Manager.
2. Ensure the highest standards of practice and service delivery.
3. Deliver the services required under the National Service Framework for Mental Health.
4. Be an experienced mental health clinician.
5. Have excellent assessment and risk management skills.
6. Embrace and drive change and innovation.
7. Be a skilled and intuitive communicator with leadership experience.
