Creative agency based in Central Manchester is looking for a B2C PR Account Manager who has digital & social experience. Hybrid working.
Working on some exciting consumer clients, you'll deliver standout campaigns by developing content, managing projects and helping shape strategies that deliver results.
You'll be producing a wide range of high quality, multi-format content from social posts and scripts, to case studies and proposals. You'll craft content that meets the client's needs and tone-of-voice.
Key parts of this role will be to liaise closely with clients on distribution strategies across traditional, digital and social media platforms. Setting campaign KPI's, interpreting results and using insights to refine strategies.
You will need to be experienced in building and establishing strong client rapport & relationships, acting as a key point of contact, solving challenges and identifying areas for growth.
Ideally you will have previous agency experience in a PR environment working on B2C clients. You will need strong writing skills and be able to create content that resonates with consumers. You must have excellent knowledge of the UK media landscape and digital platforms and have strong organisational skills.
