What You’ll Do:
Manage multiple high-end student accommodation sites across a vibrant city. You’ll ensure smooth operations—leading a team, driving sales, and creating memorable experiences for students. This role combines leadership, creativity, and a proactive attitude, involving financial management, event organisation, and facilities oversight.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:
o Recruit, train, and motivate your team
o Set goals and support your team to achieve them
o Provide feedback and foster a positive work environment
2. Customer Experience:
o Create a welcoming community for students
o Organise social events and handle complaints professionally
o Encourage positive reviews on platforms like Student Crowd
3. Driving Revenue:
o Manage budgets and maximise income
o Lead sales campaigns and increase re-bookings
o Monitor competitors and industry trends
4. Sustainability & Community:
o Engage with the local community and lead charity initiatives
o Support energy-saving and eco-friendly practices
5. Facilities Management:
o Maintain properties proactively
o Ensure safety compliance and handle emergencies
o Build relationships with contractors and ensure a safe environment
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience managing multiple sites, ideally in PBSA, hospitality, or leisure
* Passion for excellent customer service and creating positive experiences
* Strong leadership and motivational skills
* Sales and budget management experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Facilities management knowledge is a plus
* Adaptability, energy, and a people-oriented approach
