Business Manager
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our beauty retail operations, including sales performance, inventory management, staff development, merchandising, and financial administration. To succeed in this role, you must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a true passion for beauty and customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Recruit, hire, and lead a high-performing retail team across all areas of the store
* Oversee onboarding, product training, and ongoing education to ensure staff deliver expert beauty knowledge and exceptional customer service
* Implement pricing strategies, promotions, and sales initiatives to achieve ambitious growth targets
* Monitor store performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, addressing issues promptly
* Manage payroll, scheduling, stock levels, and financial reporting to ensure profitability and smooth daily operations
* Drive visual merchandising standards that reflect brand identity and highlight new launches and hero products
* Cultivate a positive, motivating, and beauty-forward culture for both staff and customers
Qualifications
* 3+ years’ experience in beauty, cosmetics, or retail management
* Proven skills in budgeting, sales analysis, staff training, and team leadership
* Strong problem-solving abilities with sound judgment and business acumen
* Passion for the beauty industry with a deep understanding of consumer trends and brand experience
