Supply Teacher – Primary (Grimsby & Surrounding Areas)
Location: Grimsby & Humber region
Job Type: Temporary (Monday–Friday)
Rate of Pay: £140–£180 per day (dependent on experience and placement)
About the Role
Reed Education is looking for a dedicated and adaptable Supply Teacher to support a range of primary schools across North-East Lincolnshire.
This role is perfect for teachers who value flexibility, variety, and work-life balance, while still making a meaningful impact in the classroom. You’ll step into different school settings, covering both planned and unexpected absences, and delivering high-quality learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects and year groups
* Maintain effective classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
* Support pupils’ academic progress and emotional development
* Work flexibly across daily supply and longer-term assignments

Essential Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Recent experience teaching in UK primary schools
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
