Conveyancing Fee Earner / Solicitor – Carlisle
A highly reputable, multi-service law firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its well-structured Property team in Carlisle.
This is a great opportunity to join a firm with strong internal support, allowing you to focus on quality fee-earning work.
The Role:
* Manage a residential conveyancing caseload (Sales & Purchases)
* Handle Freehold & Leasehold matters
* Carry out title checks, reports on title and deal with enquiries
* Manage the process from inception to completion
The Package:
* £35,000 – £45,000 DOE
* Bonus structure - up to £10,000 per annum
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
* Hybrid working
* Support from a new business & post-completion team
* Dedicated Paralegal – 1 paralegal supporting 2 fee earners
* LEAP case management system
* Dog-friendly office
The Candidate:
* Solicitor, CILEX or CLC qualified or experienced fee earner
* Able to manage files independently including Freehold, Leasehold, Sale, Purchase, New Build etc.
* Strong technical and organisational skills
