Your Key Responsibilities Attract, lead, develop and inspire a team to build a culture of warmth, accountability, and exceptional hospitality.
Deliver consistently high standards across food quality, service, and hygge ambiance.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of P&L; actively support sales initiatives and assist in managing costs to achieve business targets.
Support the GM and AGM in ensuring statutory and business compliance requirements are met.
Build long-term guest relationships and be our ambassador.
About You Youll have previous experience as an Assistant Manager in a high-volume, premium restaurant.
Youll be a calm, hands on leader with energy, presence, and a strategic mindset.
