1. Leads product development and strategy for large and/or complex products.
2. Usually assigned to high-growth product area expectations and has fully developed core expertise in industry trends, market segments and competitor profiles.
3. Experienced in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
4. Directing the overall product strategy for the organization.
5. Managing and leading the product management team.
6. Collaborating with department heads to ensure product strategy alignment with company goals.
7. Overseeing budgeting and resource allocation for product initiatives.
8. Product launch and go to market strategy.
