Deskside IT Support Analyst - Oxford | Up to £34K + Progression | Hybrid

Every candidate I've placed here has thrived, and now they're looking for a Deskside IT Support Analyst to join their Oxford-based team.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Deliver deskside and remote support to 600+ users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
2. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (Windows 10 & 11).
3. Collaborate with 3rd line teams on escalated issues and project work.
4. Contribute to ITIL-aligned processes (Problem, Change, Release Management).
5. Mentor junior team members and support service improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For:
6. Strong troubleshooting skills across software, hardware, and networks.
7. Experience supporting Windows environments and enterprise applications.
8. A confident communicator with a customer-first mindset.
9. Familiarity with ITIL practices and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
