What You'll Be Doing: Deliver deskside and remote support to 600 users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (Windows 10 & 11). Collaborate with 3rd line teams on escalated issues and project work. Contribute to ITIL-aligned processes (Problem, Change, Release Management). Mentor junior team members and support service improvement initiatives What We're Looking For: Strong troubleshooting skills across software, hardware, and networks. Experience supporting Windows environments and enterprise applications. A confident communicator with a customer-first mindset. Familiarity with ITIL practices and a proactive, solutions-focused approach. What do you get?
